As we approach October, we’d like to take a moment to highlight that September is animal Pain Awareness Month.
The International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management (IVAPM) sets the standard for excellence in this field, offering the rigorous Certified Veterinary Pain Practitioner (CVPP) credential to practitioners who complete their extensive accreditation process.
We are proud to share that Dr. Elizabeth Maxwell is one of only four certified pain practitioners in the state of Florida. Her commitment to advancing animal pain research together with the dedicated efforts of the Pain Innovation Research Lab team is paving the way for new solutions and better care for our patients.
